Customise your vegetables the Asazuke way by learning the art of Japanese pickling and two other recipes from Korea and Tawain. The beauty thing with the Asazuke method is it´s a short process as the pickling times range anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours.

Here´s what to expect from chef Jenny Chih-Chieh Teng from Mellow Sheng´s  workshop in the Born on the 26th October at 19:00.

This series will try to bring back to our kitchen – and our lives – different natural processes of food preparation.
We will start with the lovely asazukes, a pickle method that can be prepared in a short period of time, leaving us fresh and tasty vegetables. We will cover 3 different recipes from Japan, Korea, and Taiwan; all healthy, appetizing, and capable of giving life to any meal!

The workshops consist of 2 hours of practical classes and 1 hour of dinner, to enjoy the cooked dishes
