Participate in this Creative Vegetarian Cooking Workshop with original and delicious recipes, 100% vegetarian menu. With ingredients mostly seasonal and 0 km will focus on creative dishes perfect for a winter lunch or dinner but with a special touch.

The workshop lasts approximately two hours. At the end of the workshop there will be a dinner to enjoy all the prepared dishes, chat, etc …

We will prepare:

– Red lentil cream with Asian touch
– Risotto with leek cream and pomegranate juice
– Salad of fennel and oranges in Sicilian style
– Pumpkin cake
