Mellow Sheng wants to introduce fermentation to everyone! Kombucha, a healthy and delicious beverage made from the fermentation of tea, full of probiotics and nutrients.
Join us in Espai Egg for a tasty and fun evening: find out what is a scoby and the benefits of kombucha, and learn to make it with organic ingredients. We’ll also teach you to create your own flavors with a second fermentation which will be naturally carbonated and even more refreshing!
Take home the fresh batch of kombucha that you’ll make, and a bottle of 2nd fermentation with your own inspired flavor. And continue brewing it at the comfort of your kitchen.
