Mano Rota Restaurant

Mano Rota? Blimes, that´s no good, poor bugger should really think about taking some time off!

Mano Rota, translates to Broken Hand, does, I have to admit conjure a striking visual of a chef devotedly crafting dishes with a broken hand. However, one must point out, that it is not, intended as a literal translation but a Spanish idiom meaning: Talented! Oh Yeah.

Travel and Lust guide you through their excellent piece about one of Barcelona´s lauded restaurants in Poble Sec, a neighbourhood known for it´s diversity and delicious food.

“Expect food with a fusion between Asian, Mediterranean and South American in perfect blending ingredients and each with a strong taste to delight your palate”
