Breaking News... Thousands cheer as Van Van take street food to the very next level.

The first of its kind in the city, Van Van’s new project Van Var Var was created to deepen & develop the street food movement. Some of the cities best food trucks will be invited to take temporary control of Van Van Vars kitchen rotating chefs once or twice a week or even on a daily basis. Each week they´ll announce which food truck & menu will be starring at their new & exciting fixed abode in PobleNou

“We were attracted to the idea of ​​being able to have a fixed place where a different  food truck could stop by every week therefore the type of food will be entirely different. One week you can have hamburgers and chicken teriyaki , the next week Canalla Urban Food and the next a Vietnamese nigcho or a quinoa salad or some nachos with guacamole.

On the Menu
Pear Salad: Pear, fennel root, arugula, peanuts and vinaigrette.
Squid Wrap: Wheat Omelet, fried squid legs, cream cheese, raisins, pipes and arugula.
Octopus with hummus: Hummus, grilled octopus with oil and paprika.
Shrimp Ceviche: Prawns, ceviche, fried corn and purple onion (Photo)
Melon Mojito: Melon, mojito and lemon zest
Brownie: Brownie with vanilla foam.
